CPRsouth (Communication Policy Research south) builds policy intellectuals capable of informed and effective intervention in ICT policy and regulatory processes in specific country contexts.

This year’s conference will accommodate approximately 30 paper presenters from Africa and the Asia-Pacific over the two-and-a-half-day conference. Conference sessions will focus on cutting-edge developments in ICT policy and regulation in the South and discussion of the research-policy interface.

Twenty Young Scholars from the Asia-Pacific and Africa will also attend the conference. A tutorial program will be held from 28th to 30th August. This program will emphasize the interactive and practical aspects of taking research to policy.
