The International Microwave and Optoelectronics Conference (IMOC) will be held from November 03 -06, 2009 at the HANGAR Convention and Exhibition Center of the Amazon - Belém, Pará, Brazil 

The conference is a traditional biannual event promoted by the Brazilian Microwave and Optoelectronics Society (SBMO) since 1985. Due to its importance as an international event, IMOC has counted, since the beginning of the nineties, with the co-sponsorship of the Microwave Theory and Techniques Society of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE MTT-S).
