Hon. Abhisit Vejjajiva, the 27th Prime Minister of Thailand (2008 to 2011) and the current leader of the Democrat Party as well as the Leader of the Opposition, will deliver the keynote address at the inaugural session of CPRsouth6 on 9 December 2011. Mr Abhisit holds bachelors and masters degrees from the University of Oxford. He was elected to the Parliament of Thailand at age 27, and became the leader of the Democrat Party leader in 2005.  He was one of the youngest Prime Ministers in Thai history.
