Dimuthu Ratnadiwakara a researcher at LIRNEasia won the Best Paper competition and Cheryll Soriano a PhD candidate at the National University of Singapore (NUS) was placed Runner Up at the CPRsouth3 Conference in Beijing, China. The abstract review process and the selection of young scholars for CPRsouth3 has concluded and applicants have been notified. Applicants whose abstracts were selected to moving into the next stage of the conference paper selection process have to send in their complete papers by August 31, 2008. The selected Young Scholars are required to submit a one page research proposal/abstract by November 3, 2008.
